GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to the Hosemarket.fi online store, owned and operated by Hosemarket (“Hosemarket”), 2037322-6, Teollisuustie 3, 06150 Porvoo, Finland.

CUSTOMERS
Becoming a customer of the online store requires compliance with the store’s terms and conditions, providing the required information completely and truthfully. Purchases from the Hosemarket.fi online store can be made by individuals aged 18 and over and companies registered in the trade register. Ordering products does not require registration as a customer of the online store. Hosemarket reserves the right to accept or reject a customer’s registration.

ACCEPTANCE AND AMENDMENT OF TERMS
By using the Hosemarket online store, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. Hosemarket reserves the right to amend these terms by publishing the revised terms on the online store’s website. Please review the current terms and conditions before placing an order.

FUNCTIONALITY OF THE ONLINE STORE
Hosemarket does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the online store. Interruptions may occur. Hosemarket is not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of the online store unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

ORDERING
Place your order on the website following the given instructions. Depending on the payment method, the business, personal, or organization ID must always be provided with the order. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation will include details such as the product price and delivery charge. Check the order confirmation carefully to ensure the information is correct. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you want to cancel the order before delivery, or otherwise change the order, contact our customer service immediately at [email protected].

RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY
Hosemarket reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the sale or limit the number of products delivered without compensation or reimbursement if the product is unavailable, demand exceeds supply, or if there is a material and obvious error in the product price or other information on the website that should have been understood by the customer when placing the order. Hosemarket has the right to refuse an order if the customer’s credit information shows a payment default or if the customer has previously failed to pay for ordered products.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is made at the time of order using the payment methods available on the Hosemarket.fi website. If you are a new customer and choose a delivery address other than your home address, Hosemarket may require payment at the time of order.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Current delivery charges are presented at the online store checkout.

RETURNS, CANCELLATION, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you cancel the purchase or notify us of an exchange, you must return the received product without delay and no later than 14 days from making the cancellation/exchange notification. Note that the right of return and exchange does not apply to custom-made, embroidered, or printed garments ordered by the customer unless due to an error on our part.

TRANSPORT RISK
When a product is sent from us, we bear the risk of transport. Upon receiving the product, you have seven (7) days to report any damage that occurred during transport. If no report is made within the specified time, no claim for transport damage will be accepted. For cancellations or exchanges, the customer bears the risk of return transport.

LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
If there is a defect in the product, contact our customer service at [email protected] for instructions on returning the defective product at no cost. The product should be returned unused immediately after the defect is noticed. Describe the defect in detail and mark it if possible, for example with tape.

QUALITY
Hosemarket continuously develops its products, so sometimes the product ordered may not exactly match the product shown in the catalog. The product you receive will, however, be suitable for the same purpose. If you still wish to return the product, you will naturally receive a refund for the product and the return postage.

DELIVERY
The product you ordered will be delivered to you within a week of the order unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. You will receive information about the delivery time with the order confirmation if you have provided your email address. If a product is delayed, you may cancel the order.

Deliveries from Hosemarket are handled by local logistics companies. Therefore, we must always have the street address and the recipient’s phone number so the logistics company can deliver the products. A complete street address must be provided, for example, Great lane 15, and a phone number in international format. We cannot send a package addressed to a company to a P.O. Box address.

CUSTOMER NUMBER
When you shop with us, you will automatically receive a customer number. It is marked on the invoice and order confirmation. Using your customer number when dealing with us helps us serve you better.

CUSTOMER CREDENTIALS
Keep the customer credentials required for login carefully so that they do not fall into the hands of outsiders. You can have only one set of credentials at a time. Hosemarket is not responsible for damages caused by the misuse or loss of customer credentials.

INFORMATION
Notify us immediately of any errors or changes in name and address information. Also, ensure that the billing address, delivery address, and any reference code you provide are correct.

PERSONAL DATA / PRIVACY
Hosemarket is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us as a customer. As part of our marketing, we analyze information related to your purchases, including personal data, as well as your activity on our social media pages and website. This allows us to tailor our marketing to you in many cases.

USE OF COOKIES
Cookies are used on the Hosemarket.fi online store. A cookie is a small text file stored on your browser during an online shopping session, enabling the tracking of visitors to the online store. The use of cookies generally facilitates online shopping. Additionally, cookies enable the creation of various aggregated information about online store customers. The information collected by cookies is anonymous but can be linked to personal data provided by the user and used for targeted advertising.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The online store and its contents are the property of Hosemarket and its partners, protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited. Disputes concerning intellectual property rights are governed by Finnish laws.

FORCE MAJEURE
Hosemarket is not liable for damages or delays caused by an obstacle beyond its control that it could not reasonably foresee or whose consequences it could not avoid. Force majeure includes, for example, war, rebellion, labor disputes, illness of staff, import and export bans, disruptions in public telecommunications, power outages, and disruptions in postal services or road transport. If the force majeure event continues for more than a month, both Hosemarket and the customer have the right to cancel the transaction without compensation or penalty for delay.
